Mining & Supply of Quartzite

Quartzite is a metamorphic rock formed from Sandstone. Quartz/Quartzite are used during the raw iron production as builder of slag in the blast furnace process and quartz/quartzite is also used as protective coating in the steel gutters and in the blast furnace process.

We have our Quartz / Quartzite mine at K.Kotapadu (Mandal) of Visakhapatnam Dist, Andhra Pradesh with an extent of 30 Acres & we are on the verge of acquiring another 30 Acres mines in Vizianagaram Dist of Andhra Pradesh. We own our processing plant of 100 TPH capacity which includes a crusher, screener, weigh bridge, excavators, quarry trucks and other associated equipment to mine and handle our products at the quarry. We have a production capacity of 1.20 Lac Mt per Annum and having plan of doubling the capacity by the end of this financial year.

Our Product range is 40-80 mm Lumps, 10-40 mm Lumps, 0-10 mm Fines.

We are supplying our Quartzite by Railway Rakes to the Steel giants like M/s Tata Steel BSL Odisha Plant, Tata Steel Long Products for their Jharkhand Plant, M/s Jindal Steel & Power Limited, Odisha Plant. We are Loading ou M/s Shyam Group of companies for Odisha & Bengal Plant operating rakes from Bobbili (VBL), Kantakapalli (KPL), Chipurupalli (CPP) & Srikakulam (CHE) railway sidings of East Coast Railway.

We are also regularly supplying our Quartzite Lumps & Fines by Road on FOR basis to M/s Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (RINL), Abhijeet Ferrotech Ltd., Sundaram Alloys Ltd., Sarda Metals & Alloys Ltd.
